Babysitter Training

The purpose of this course is to provide youth, ages 10-15, the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for children and infants. Class includes first aid and CPR training.
The course covers 6 primary areas:
· You’re the Boss: A Guide to Leadership
· The Business of Babysitting
· Safe and Sound on the Job
· Understanding Children from 0-10
· From Feeding to Bedtime: Caring for Children
· It’s an Emergency . . . Now What?
Students should bring a life-sized baby doll, paper and pencil, water bottle, and pack a lunch.
