REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS

  • Trips/Classes/Camps/Events canceled by Community Ed. will be fully refunded to registrants.
  • Canceled registrations by the registrant within one week of the Class/Camp/Event will not be refunded.
  • Canceled registrations by the registrant prior to one week before the Class/Camp/Event will be refunded with a small cancelation fee ($1-3).
  • No refunds will be provided for DNR Safety Education course registrations.
  • No refunds will be provided for Trip cancelations unless your spot(s) can be filled.  Community Education will make every attempt to fill your open spot if there is a waiting list.

WINTER WEATHER

If Amery Schools are closed or canceled during the day, all evening activities are probably canceled as well, even if the weather has cleared by the time your class is to start.  If school is in session, but the weather looks questionable, call 715-268-9771 x220.  If classes are canceled, we will make every attempt to contact registered participants via automated phone and/or email messages.  If classes have to be rescheduled, we will do so according to the instructor's convenience.
